Solar Construction Projects

The Years 4 - 7s have worked cooperatively to construct some spectacular models that run on solar electricity.

Students used plans in the K'nex Solar Energy kit to construct some great models.

They needed to follow some complex diagrams and then connect a solar panel to a motor to animate the constructions.

Students then recorded the finished products on video and have constructed short clips to show off their work.
